I seldom agree wholeheartedly, but I no longer care for the R v D nonsense. I have backed away from being a longtime R supporter, to one who will vote strictly on the person. I admit, I never supported GW in his first run during the primaries, but I supported him in every election since, and ALL R's on any ballot. I suspect that there are more people like me among the countries voters, than rock solid Republican voters. They could have easily swayed me with a few bones, like committing to building a fence.....talking about family values or even rejecting Dems that speak against the war effort non-stop. Heck, why the silence on the CNN videos? I know they have a right, but this President has a duty to defend our men in combat, and our honor. CNN has soiled out honor in a way I cannot believe could happen without repurcussion.
I know nothing about the man I agreed with, just that I tire of personal attacks instead of reasoned debate. There are more people on this site that will call names before engaging in conversation, than ever before, and I despise that.
