VANITY -- Need instructions on how to post a .jpg

PLEASE READ THIS FIRST. I have a photoshopped .jpg I want to post to Free Republic. But it is something only on my PC, not with a pre-existing web address, which I would already know how to link to.
Any help appreciated...
Full Disclosure: Or, if anyone has instructions for a low-cost photo hosting site, that'd be a 2nd best.
