Screw that heretic.
Catholics who got the job done, undoing what mouth-breathing, evil Protestants shamefully brought into existence in Roe v Wade, and 63 million dead babies later:
- Warren Earl Burger - Presbyterian
- William O. Douglas - Presbyterian
- Harry Blackmun - not just a Methodist, but one who held national church offices like the UMC National Board of Publications
- Potter Stewart - Episcopalian
- Thurgood Marshall - Episcopalian
- Lewis F. Powell, Jr. - Presbyterian

They got it wrong 50 years ago...it was a states rights issue.
And not the first time the Feds usurped the power of the states.

Informed legal opinion is more or less uniformly derogatory of the noted decision in Roe v. Wade, I'm no lawyer but I spend time on FreeRepublic, and in my opinion, Roe v. Wade was one of the 3 worst decicions in the history of the United States. The others are Dredd Scott, and the one that pretends that homosexuality is normal.

Oh, but the “broad national consensus“ will provide cover for them.

Yay! Sixty-give million Americans got snuffed out before they had a chance to be born. I’m bursting with pride.

Looks like they are already being forced to identify who they really are. By a 220-210 margin, the House of Representatives recently passed the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, with only one Democrat voting in favor. So, with only one exception these Democrat legislators established a line for defense of abortion within their party that includes those born alive despite attempted abortion.
According to the logic for voting against this bill, an infant breathing air on its own outside the womb is not a fully human person. The clinics providing abortion services must be able to deal with complications involving the mother. However, medical personnel are not derelict in failing to provide care for the baby, but instead must kill the baby.

Joe took an oath to God defend and protect the Constitution. Christ will judge his obedience to that oath.
Joe also pledged a couple of times to go to the gates of Hell. Still to be seen whether he achieves that.

They don’t care who dies, so long as they keep their cushy jobs. Justices don’t have to be concerned with being re-elected.

“It was a balanced decision with broad national consensus that the majority of Americans have continued to support for the last 50 years. Only a pathological liar could say that with a straight face.
