No, the mother of all October surprises would be if Soros and the Islamists made an electronic run on the bank which created a panic that collapsed the entire western economy.

If Bush and Co was threatened with that if they balked at the Soros-Islamist coup that put Obama in power, Bush would have chosen to let the free world economy survive.

Obama is hiding his BC because it is not legally valid. It was amended in 2006 and there is very good reason to believe it was only actually COMPLETED in 2006 with that amendment and is thus also late. Late and amended are both reasons that a BC would not be legally valid.

Interestingly enough, OIP Paul Tsukiyama cited HRS 338-13 as the reason why the HDOH did not need to release all of Obama’s BC’s on file, along with any supporting documentation. That denial of access is an admission that those records existed. And his citation of 338-13 rather than the usual 338-18 when the BC alone was requested is VERY interesting - because 338-13 specifically says that disclosures have to be compliant with the requirements for the statutes governing LATE and AMENDED birth certificates specifically.

These are state department records, filled out and filed, official documents, that state he is not a citizen.

You can't get a signed confession with video and audio. I'm sorry, this is as good as it gets.

Anyone can move out of the country and renounce their citizenship, even a minor.

As I said, PARENTS cannot renounce a minor’s citizenship but a minor can renounce his or her own citizenship at any US Consular office.
There would be a public record of the renunciation however.

Stanley Ann could have excluded Barack without striking him from the application. Read the fine print. Persons on a Family passport who renounce are STRUCK.

I did read the fine print and it is pretty clear that you either did not read it or did not understand it.

It does NOT say that if a person renounces their citizenship you are supposed to write their name on page 2 and then strike it out.

It says that if they have renounced their citizenship you are supposed to cross out part of the statement on page 1.

Stanley Ann did not do this. So she was NOT trying to claim that Barack renounced his citizenship.

Why would he need to spend money to convince people of something that is common knowledge? It's what's been taught in High School government classes and in law schools for decades.

Not everyone was taught this. At my school we were taught that only a child born on U.S. soil of U.S. citizen parents could be President.

I suspect it was also the common understanding on this board until Obama was elected, which is why there was such an interest in seeing Bobby Jindal nominated.

Not a really widespread sentiment. Some of us are aware Jindal isn't eligible either. However, his children are eligible.
