DOH indirectly confirms: Factcheck COLB date filed and certificate number impossible

I've updated my blog to include the e-mail from Janice Okubo confirming that they assign birth certificate numbers in the state registrar's office and the day they do that is the "Date filed by state registrar".

The pertinent portion from Okubo's e-mail:

In regards to the terms “date accepted” and “date filed” on a Hawaii birth certificate, the department has no records that define these terms. Historically, the terms “Date accepted by the State Registrar” and “Date filed by the State Registrar” referred to the date a record was received in a Department of Health office (on the island of O’ahu or on the neighbor islands of Kaua’i, Hawai’i, Maui, Moloka’i, or Lana’i), and the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office located on the island of O’ahu) respectively.

MY SUMMARY: As you can see, Okubo said that the “Date filed by the State Registrar” is the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office).

There are no pre-numbered certificates. A certificate given a certificate number on Aug 8th (Obama’s Factcheck COLB) would not be given a later number than a certificate given a number on Aug 11th (the Nordyke certificates).

There is no way that both the date filed and the certificate number can be correct on the Factcheck COLB. The COLB is thus proven to be a forgery.

Unless that had to be at the health department on a certain date the following week, i.e. on a Friday, registered , and signed, and ready to send.
If you own a business, and want a check from a creditee ( is that a word ? )i.e. a check from a customer ) anyway, to show up on your business account , in some banks you have to get it in at a certain time of that day for it to be credited for the following day.

I hear you. Trust me, I have run into the same thing. And with that particular agency as well.

So I have my salt handy when dealilng with denials indicating truth stuff.

What I cannot get past however is this: If Barack Obama posted his real COLB on the internet, then he has no right to expect privacy, by Hawaiian law and statute. He has given that up by posting his information himself, having his functionaries and representatives deliberately do so.

Yet, Hawaii continues to insist that they cannot release even the most simple confirmation that the posted COLB is real, relying on State law saying they can’t.

The only way that Hawaii can be saying that in honesty if if the COLB is not real, and Hawaii knows it. Obama hasn’t released the real COLB and so Hawaii is correctly saying they cant release anything.

If the COLB were real, then they could not only release another copy of it to the press, the rest of his records would be open as well.

That’s where I hit the wall. Either the COLB is Fake and Hawaii can’t release a darned thing because Obaba’s right to privacy has not been released, OR The COLB is Real and Hawaii is breaking it’s own laws on a number of different levels.

Which is it?

That’s because theirs are original BC’s, not COLB’s. If you don’t even understand that Okubo is talking about how the BC and COLB terminology lines up, then your reading comprehension is worse than I thought.

We are informed, believe and thereon allege Obama/Soetoro was never naturalized in the United States after his return. Soetoro/Obama was ten (10) years old when he returned to Hawaii to live with his grandparents. Soetoro/Obama’s mother did not return with him. Therefore, it appears that she did not apply for citizenship for Soetoro/Obama in the United States. If citizenship for Soetoro/Obama had been applied for in 1971, Soetoro/Obama would have a Certification of Citizenship.

I'm on your side the whole way except for that month during Christmas '71 when Obama Sr. shows up to take care of "family matters." Ann, Sr. and the usurper were all in Hawaii - why? Hussein has just started school to which he "won a scholarship" (I still think that's red flag and him saying he's the son of an African prince). Sr. went to the school to give a speech (King Obama on the sidewalk). The Dunhams set him up in an apartment and gave him pocket money for the time he was there. What were they buttering him up for? Could he have been there for citizenship/adoption/legal work for Hussein?

since the basis of SR511 is that two US citizen parents are required to be a natural born citizen and Hussein voted yes agreeing with that, it puts Hussein on the public record proclaiming that it’s impossible for him to ever be a natural born citizen. That’s a clear and obvious admission from Hussein himself that he is a criminal usurper who is occupying the office of President illegally and fraudulently.

Exactly. He, Hillary, and everyone on that committee bound themselves, right or wrong, to that definition. More damning evidence is that congress didn't have a resolution for Hussein's NBC status. Either they all knew or they were too lazy to care.

This totally confirms the fact that the birth announcements are taken directly from the DOH.

‘0’s birth registered 3 days before Nordykes and ‘0’s birth anouncement 3 days prior to Nordkyes, thus the information for ‘0’s birth was not entered in the same ‘BATCH’ as the Nordykes, therefore ‘0’s cert # should be lower than the Nordykes.

Just like the voting process, there maybe for hospitals a certain set of standards&procedures that apply nation wide in all states, and then, there maybe, there are other set of standards&procedures that each state and or hospital has of it's own.

They all know and they don’t care. For Democrats, having an unconstitutional President is OK, because then they aren’t bound by it and can do what ever they want. Remember Harry and Nancy pontificating on having a 40 majority of Dems in power...? well THIS is how they intended to do it. Get an Unconstitutional President into office and create a reality where the Constitution doesn’t rule what they can do, and then they can do anything...
