Thank you for posting this. It really brings home the fact that Bush is a globalist. This globalist philosophy is clearly antithetical to national sovereignty and the mandates of the U.S. Constitution. This is SCARY.

I agree with those who say Savage is passionate which is what gets him in trouble. I didn't hear him say this but I've heard him say worse and figured he was just blowing off steam...it's live radio...How often I've said something and later cooled down. How grateful I am I'm not 'usually' (cept when I write on F.R. *smile*) speaking to thousands of people at once. He's also suffered the loss of his Mother so my heart goes out to him...

I'm still voting for Bush in '04.

Incorrect. Let me dispell a myth for you real quick with facts. 35% of LEGAL immigrants are on welfare or some form of government subsidy. The cliche that oooo these people are working oooo they are working. Some yes some not but of those that come in 1)pay NO federal income taxes as they make below 24,000/yr. 2)Are uneducated and underskille. 3)Carry no medical insurance. 3)Require federal assistance via bilingual education etc etc. I could go on and on about this and show you the LEGAL immigrants cost this country more then they put in. But what is the use.

And there you have it, in a nutshell. I suspect exactly the same thing. The Bush haters will never change, they always think that a president rules by decree, everything is his fault, and that he can govern by only giving his own base what they demand. Bush, if you all will remember, said during his campaign that he would be president of ALL the people, and stressed compassionate conservatism. In balance, his good far outweighs his bad, and even though I disagree with some of the legislation he's signed, he mostly believes domestic policy should be ruled by congress. Want a more conservative agenda? Complain to your representatives and senators. Want a more liberal agenda? Vote libertarian, independent, etc., and watch the country go to hell. You Bush bashers have completely forgotten the Clinton years, or you wouldn't be so quick to run away from the Republican Party. The reason we don't have a president who's conservative enough to suit you, is because that kind of candidate is totally unelectable, and if by some miracle did get in office, would never get a bill through congress. Stop being so simple minded.

The President isn't even deporting Illegals with standing deportation orders that haven't appeared as ordered. Doesn't seem hard to figure out that all Illegals are flight risks, particularly those who've lost their cases. Yet Illegals facing deportation orders aren't taken into custody pending deportation.

There are upwards of 400,000 individuals who have received final deportation orders that are hiding in our communities. Their appeals have run out, and those orders tell them, “it’s time to go.” But, the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement can’t find them! What’s worse, 80,000 of those people have criminal convictions, just like Miguel Angelo Gordoba! They were in the hands of our law enforcement. Can you imagine opening the doors of our prisons and letting 80,000 criminals run back into the streets? Well folks, that’s exactly what has happened with these 80,000 criminal aliens.

What’s more, 3,800 of those people with final deportation orders are from countries with a known Al-Qaeda presence.

These deportable Illegals from two years ago, in the aftermath of September 11th, are mostly still here, including tens of thousands of hardened, violent criminals, and thousands of Illegals from Al Qaeda nations.

I remember his defenind the original gay remark althoough I never heard the remark he originally made. I can't really recall what he said about it.

Do you remember Alan Burke? He ran a TV talk show years ago. He was an exceptionally irrascible liberal who was really obnoxious to his conservative guests and also to members of the audience who were allowed to come to a microphone and question him or his guest. Burke frequently wnet down the microphone himself to get n the face of conservatives who particularly riled him. I remember one episode in which he did this where they cut the film! The audience member he was harassing actually CLOCKED him!!
(Burke was a beared old goat with a cigar or cigarette who should have known better than to face to face bait people the way he did. He got was coming to him.)

They had another guy on around the same time who was a conservative, Joe Pyne. He ran a similar show, but Pyne never got up to confront audience members - he was a parapalegic veteran who was wounded in the service. I remember his favorite retort was "Go gargle with razor blades!!"

The point is, we shouldnj't confuse genuine political mind and spokesmen with entertainers. Nobody takes Savage seriously. He's entertainment. If liberals bring him up, laugh in their faces. He's irrelevant, politically speaking, and they know it. The Libs have their own guys like him on the radio. Since I don't need the aggrevation I don't listen to them.

I have had numerous FReepers tell me they are opposed to immigration entirely.

That doesn't make them non-christian. Walls were built in cities of old to keep out the untrusted and it was not refuted by Christ. Libertarians may have some radical views but I don't you can call then non-christian for opposing legal immigration.
