BB King was just asked about political comments during the war and he said "I think that there are going to be alot of things said tonight that I don't agree with."
Way to go B.B!

Only thing I ever liked from James Taylor was the move Two Lane Blacktop.

PeeDiddyseanpuffydaddywhozyodadah Combs is acting entirely too stiff, he got a broomstick up his backside and he is trying to play the gangsta persona on stage.
Hate it...
But John Mayer sounded great...
16yrs old and needs to have his mouth washed out with soap.

Of course, the rappers don't even qualify as "singers" in my book, and their product is not music. I'm sure that Vanessa what's-her-name is way, way better, even though I didn't care for her voice at all. If they trot out rap acts, I'll be in the shower a.s.a.p.

"And Why do I feel old?"LOL...I feel old too - and it doesn't seem such a bad thing tonight!

*can't help but chuckle at Mayer's 'this moment is kicking my ass' comment* That was cute.

JT still sounds great.I like a lot of his songs, but his "touchy-feely" feminist/feminine persona makes me and Alan Alda look like Dice Clay.

It was easy for my daughter and I as we moved up here from Texas but I was expecting some of the people around us to say something but they stood and applauded when he started singing with the big Texas Lone Star flag behind him.
It was great!

Best RAP album?
Thats like asking if liver is better fried or baked.
To: mountaineer
I don't know who she was, but I agree-- she was just awful.
To: mccann; MoJo2001
Mo, be a sport and turn it on so you can be in the moment with us. James Taylor just sang "Sweet Baby James"....Tim sang that to our babies. Sniff.
Mo, meet mccann...the newbie tonight. :)

He's always said he's first a guitar player......

Got to win to be able to speak at the microphone. Of course some may hold their comments for the news crews as they leave the stage.
