I logged on this morning and saw the sentence on the accomplice. 15 YEARS??? Pah on the Germans.

I think this German sentence gives insight into why Germans are so reluctant to go to war. They have a very cheap view of life if killing 3,000 gets you only 15 years in prison. And it shows me that they have lost all sense of morality if they cannot distinguish between right and wrong any better than that.

Oh poor Shadow. Adjusting to his new home is just going to take time.My Rhodesian Ridgeback still gets into the garbage. He can have a full food dish and he still digs through the sack. One time he did it while my son was standing right behind him. He was so self-absorbed, didn't even notice.

Consider what the Germans have done.

They have taken this demon seed and tucked him away in prison for 15 years. During all of this time he can ponder and plan all kinds of ways for continuing his portion of the struggle against America. And I am sure he will put his time to good use.

These people you do not put in jail for a few years. These people you incarcerate permanently, or better - dispose of.

My sister says she has a book on dog obedience for us. Guess I'll have to pick it up and start reading.

We're not used to trouble like this. All three of our girls very obedient and earn praise (and envy) from other parents all the time.
