Al Gore shut down his Internet? Wow, he is The Man!
To: lodwick
Thanks for that cheery link, Loddy ;-)I sure didn't need Garn's melancholy to bring me down so early in the day ;-)

ACe, I was remiss in not thanking you for your spectacular sunset photo of the harbour the other day.You captured the essence of Sada. Please also extend my thanks to the Sada Policia for removing your handcuffs and returning your camera after you were found hanging about the train station.I guess that when they threw out of the car you didn't break the camera, which is a relief, but I sure hope they return your watch and wallet. You did get a good night's sleep in their accomodation's, so if you did fracture your arm in the fall, well, you know where to go for a wee lie down;-)
Oh word is, Armando the bookie has has a team of well fed men out scouring Sada for your whereabouts.Something about "deadbeats" and "loans past due", but hey, my Spanish is rusty, but I did catch Pedro the shoeshine man saying "sleeping with fishes", but I haven't a clue what that idiom means ;-)

I was wondering the same thing.. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Probably something the AC/e stuck in there the last minute.... whaaaaaaaaaa...;)

The Big Ice Storm. This past weekend in New Brunswick Canada we got hit by a major Ice storm. I live in Moncton and luckily I was not one of the 50,000+ people to loose power. Im sad to see so many trees damage by this ice storm and happy to hear that no one was hurt seriously during this storm. I think in total we got about 35mm of freezing rain in the first day. On the night of the storm I thought it would be a great time to grab some night shots with my D7. So I put my rain gear on and wrapped up my D7 in saran wrap and went out with a small mag flash light just in the back yard, after about five minutes and 20 pics I came back in and loaded the pics up. Only one turned out OK, it was extreamly hard to hold the flash light on the subject wile trying to focus and with eyes watering from the wind and ice rain. I really liked some of the pics I took but they turend out blurry. So what did I do?... I got my 4 month pregnant wife dressed up in rain gear and dragged her out in the middle of the worst Ice storm to hit Moncton to hold the flash light and the end result is attached. I think my wife is getting ready to talk to me again....
A disturbingly phallic pic taken by an obviously troubled canuk.

Do not worry Habs about the enforcers, they will never catch me. Know you this and mark me well, habs my good friend, that I have recently purchased a long beard and Gran has lent me her top-to-toe Burka complete with grill, that Al makes her wear when he goes out with her.
She did make a strange remark though - "Look out for pilotless planes." I wonder what she meant?
To: habs4ever
Sorry to disappoint you that is the Union Label.
To: acnielsen guy
She borrowed them from the Plumbers and Pipefitters Union?
To: acnielsen guy
You do have more experience than I at evasive tactics, Senor, but I do question your disguise.A burka could work well in Tangier, but in Sada? I think it's time to dust off your best fishwife garb, complete with black shawl and pashima, and head on down to Esmeralda's tangerine fruit stand.Be bold and tsrike the suitable attitudes. To be a harridan, use Grannie as your model...
Wow, your 'bankers" have some kinda pull if they have a drone. It maybe time to go to Plan B:The Liberian trawler with the special stowaway hold. You can be in Hong Kong in 36 days, after stop overs in Dakar, Djibouti, Karachi and Singapore.Bring yer own soap ;-)
To: habs4ever; acnielsen guy
I wish I knew what you two were talking about, but I've been tied up elsewhere...
Did I miss something important?
To: habs4ever
To be a harridan, use Grannie as your model... Only for her attitude I hope, not her homely comely self.
Removing my teeth, amputating my leg and going sightless in Sada seems rather a drastic remedy for non payment of debts, and just what more could they do to me if perchance I am discovered, my good Canookian friend. Plan "B" the slow boat to China seems to have its attractions. How old will Suzie Wong be now?
To: acnielsen guy; grannie9
Just read that you two blew up the internet today...I am not surprised...lol. ;-)
