I've been researching that F-14 photo to see what else I could find on the web that either corroborated it or disproved it (i.e. a photo of the plane without the carrier) and it appears to be authentic.

I 'pologize for misleading you earlier.

Here is where you can view it from a very credible web site and if you have the bandwidth, check out that video at the bottom, mpeg, of the F-14 blasting by the carrier. It is the one with the cloud cone around the nose of the plane.

We have two feet on the ground in our town.. My kids are getting very sick of it by now.. My car is in my daughters driveway because they needed to borrow it, and now they can't get it in my garage again. Of course they could try shoveling, but that would probably never graze their minds.. :(

Boychild and i shoveled 3 times yesterday...and once again today....I ran out of land to throw the snow...had to literally dig my car out of the driveway.

I didn't even bother attempting to go in yesterday...took advantage of the Code....

Didn't bother shoveling out yesterday.
The plow guys would've shoved it right back where I took it from. (They've done it before.) So today the missus went out to shovel out her car, and triggered an avalanche. (Most of the snow on the sloping nose of her car came flying off, making a compacted mess infront of the car...)

I went out to shovel, and convinced the missus to come back in for hot chocolate. Went to go back out to shovel, and everyone took all the shovels to use. Made me feel real useful.
