Yep - any idiot that that believes that full time, stay at home and get everything done, moms are slugs, is full of BarbraSreisand!

It's work, for crying out loud!

Anything that takes time these days = work. Period. End of story.

Am I wrong?

Cake Stand / Punch Bowl

Inspired by a 1930s design, this sparkling piece is as practical as it is attractive. Use the flat surface as a cake stand with the dome, or invert the plate, set the dome into the fluted base, and use as a punch bowl. 12" diameter x 12"T.

Only fifteen bones from Horchow.com

Tell the DuffsterGuy to get with the program.

G'day everyone - happy humps.

That looks like the one I have home. I wonder if mine makes a punchbowl? Twelve inches isn't too big tho. I think I need one bigger than that..

I'll get out my ruler... smoooooooooooch.. ;)

Nice presentation, Loddy. I forgot all about Horchow...last time I ordered from them was long before Gork invented the internet. Have to check them out again now. ;-)

Will you put your new palm tree, in the dining room? I didn't bake cookies last night. By the time we finished dinner, all my "get up and go" had already gotten up and left. ;-)

Well, I got some cookie tins. Several sizes, but got sick of waiting for the other store to open and my second cup of coffee sent me home.

Now I have to make some cookies, but it might be too early yet..

I saw another palm tree in town, but it was over eight feet tall and $200. I will check the smaller one out.. Al keeps saying, where you gonna put it, where you gonna put it...? I am biting my tongue here........and the pressure of a reply is almost killing me... ;)

The same place I put his Vise-Grips last week... ;)

Oh, I don't have a dining room, I put my living room there.. and I still don't know what I'm going to do with the place where the living room is supposed to be.

Maybe I'll put it where I put Al's Vise-Grips, or where I want to put the tree... heh, heh, heh....
