I like Jim Beam better. I learned to like bourbon in Calif.. Al likes his Jim Beam Manhattens.. too much so when he's grilling..

Tonight's fare will include grilled tilapia, filet mignon and crusty french dipping bread - I hope. Too many nights of liquid dinners are taking their toll. ;-)

Bizarre enough Texas fall weather today for me. Hoping things are clearing and great up north.

What is Tilapia? Sounds like something from Mex.. I know I've seen the word before..and I know it's fish..
