Tonight's fare will include grilled tilapia, filet mignon and crusty french dipping bread - I hope. Too many nights of liquid dinners are taking their toll. ;-)

Tilapia is a wonderful fish from Lake Victoria, and other places in Africa, that is now the number 1 selling fish in America from many commercial growers here. Please try it - you will not be disappointed.
