Hi Kath.. I'm in the kitchen already.. I'm boiling some chicken for Chillaquilla's..(sp) Starting the sauce now.. I have no idea what I'm doing..just going mainly on memory.. It's a Mex. recipe with shredded chicken, a hot, as in spice, tomato sauce base, cheese, and crispy fried corn tortillas.. Supposed to be good for a hangover..but of course I don't have one today..;)

Maybe tomorrow? lol

I am a brand new great? Auntie as of this morning...a big boy...9 lbs 6 oz...not sure when pics will be sent up from fla(Grannies stomping grounds!!) but if and when they come I'll try to post.

Oh yea, I am now officially dog and or cat hunting...i've got the "GOTTA GET A PET" bug....in a big way.

Thanks Neets, everyone is breathing a collective sigh of relief here, getting back to normal. Thankfully. This was an exercise in heightened stress levels as never seen before around these parts, I tell ya.

I have to write the recipe out for him.. Of course we love Mex food.. If you don't, then you won't like them probably.. ;)
