I've never seen so much wild-eyed conjecture concocted by self-styled experts who don't even live in this area. *shaking my head*

It's been head shaking time for sure.. By the sounds of it, there still may be some head shaking going on. Already the cc that supposedly led to Ala. is now being disproved.. Urgh.. I still wonder how much of this that we are getting is from the Media or directly from the law officials..

ROFLMAO...
To: lodwick
Excellent, Loddy. LOL
To: grannie9
We'll see...I think that there is still a lot the media isn't privy to, and it's been that way all along. Gran, as long as the shootings stop in this area, and they have enough evidence to fry this scum, I'm a happy woman.

I've read that the shooter worked as a "security" guy for the MillionManMarch a few years back. Could this be him at another gig?
"All right, who ordered the stripper?"

omg Loddy, that looks like a George Clinton/Parliament/Funkadelic wannabe. ;-) Or a P-Funk All-Star. Maybe he should run for governor, he's wearing one of Jesse Ventura's old ensembles. LOL :-)

Here's AC/e our intrepid reporter in his full undercover disguise.
To: grannie9
Hi cookie! Poor ACe busted again. What's a gent to do when he can't dress up anymore on a Spanish afternoon and walk the promenade without you calling him a perv ;-)I've been busy being domestic today, what with laundry, groceries and a bit of dusting to do.And then there's mail, bills, papers, emails, and plenty of threads to read and figure out before I tackle the really hard, heavy task of reading this bunch ;-)

North American Wife Carrying Competition
Nate Pearson and Christie Rice of Somerville, Mass., stumble through the water hazard during the North American Wife Carrying contest, Saturday, Oct. 12, 2002, at the Sunday River Ski Resort in Newry, Maine. The man had to carry the woman over a 278-yard obstacle course. The fastest couple won five times the woman's weight in cash, her weight in Red Hook beer, and the right to compete at the world championship in Finland. Sixteen couples competed.
I'm not sure how I missed this one.

To: grannie9
Way to go - I miss all the good programming: but StrangeCosmosGuys will get it to me soon enough. ;-)
It's been raining for a week here - could screw up the Glocktoberfest if we don't catch a break soon.

Local radio is kidding about holding a White Van Appreciation Day here for everything the unfortunate drivers of white vans have endured for the past 3 weeks.

I don't do travelogues, so you'll have to settle for the Readers Digest version. The weather was mild and Itlee is a treat in October, lemme tell ya...Florence is sooooooo charming to walk, and the hotel was in a great spot, right around from the Piazza della Republica, and the main shopping streets all within a few hundred yards. It is a such a city for strolling, but alas, wish next time, could stay longer, so could explore the southern side of the Arno, in the Oltrano district where the artisans hang out.
Milan is a deluxe place, and the folks the best dressed I've seen anywhere.Such style!!I'll tell you about some of my baubles a bit later, but you'd be suprised at what I snagged....new china for instance!! and some luggage.Drank some great Barolos and Brunellos that we can't get here.I see you posted some pics of Luxembourg as well.Don't recognize those spots and that canal.
Anyway, will check in later as I have lots of ground to cover.Nice kitty pic too!
