I got to see that. Good for him! He is 13 and a typical 13-year old. LOL! Few words, didn't understand why no one else was helping. The most chilling thing to me was that he said when he tried to get the woman to stop she LAUGHED at him! Yikes! Nut case, for sure!

Also, for those who didn't see this, they are going to the hospital today because they think his hand might be broken. I am glad Fox showed this...an ordinary kid doing an extraordinary thing.

In the 'I think this is much too much info' dept.

On FOX right now, E D is interviewing some woman who is an expert or something on protecting our children from kidnapping.

And the woman/mom says.....'If your child walks to school...like mine does'.....

Now, lots of kids walk to school, but we don't know who these kids are........

...but this woman just told national TV that HER daughter walks to school.

DUH.......if someone wanted to do something with this info.....they have the woman's name, and what she does.....it wouldn't be a stretch to find out where she lives.

Am I being paranoid or what...........Should this woman have given out this info?

#48....lysie, hon, I can get closed caption on my TV....on FOX.

I have a tiny GE TV in the kitchen, and hubby found in the booklet that if I mute it, it will automatically revert to closed caption.----He had to tinker with it a bit, not anything bigdeal

I bet your TV might have this too.....it's worth checking out.

Have you noticed that more and more people interview by the press is using GOD in their conversation? More politicians? Don't you just know the ACLU is having kittens over this? If ever there was a tool of satan, the it is the ACLU. I give credit to OUR President W for this change, he doesn't back up one second in thanking God for the good things that happen, blaming the evil one for the bad things.

Don't you just love doing for youir family? My daughter is a typical mother to a 7 year old, envolves herself in the cheerleading, head cheerleader mom, takes her to dancing, to this or that so, I cook enough for me and them just a lot of times, her hubby gets off at 8 and 9 every night. It is no bother for me, after all, what have I got to do all day but think and thats dangerous for me to do so.

Say, what ya'll think about the airlines going for chapter 11, I don't think they need to try to blame in on Sept 11. poor management if you ask me. If you see your business is falling behind 10%, you make adjustments, you get the top folks gone and repace them with doers, I think it is just a way to get federal dollars, watch the others pile on shortly and file as well.

Re the Airlines,,,I want to know what they did with all the money they got right AFTER 9/11 with their big arse government bail-out,,,NOW they claim to be bankrupt?? GIve me a break.

I was once told that the airlines run at a deficit all of the time. IOW, they never operate in the black and the government funds them to a certain extent. If this is/was true, why the Chapter 11's now? USAirways was supposed to be one of the better run airlines in the country! Go figure!
