How did LE lie about the statement that DW only told them about one of his trips to the cleaners when he actually made two trips that day?

Takes something out of DW' laundry room to wrap Danielle in or maybe he wrapped her in a comforter or sheet that was on DW's bed where he found her.

Maybe he finds and old refrigerator out on Dehesa Rd and sticks her in it. (there was an old frig out on Dehesa Rd.)

Maybe he puts her in a cave off the trails on Dehesa Rd. (there are caves there). Then around the 16th he comes back in the bluE VAN , and gets the body from where he stashed it (wrapped, in a cave, in a fridge, whereever) and puts it out in the OPEN where BUGS can GET TO IT, just off the road where IT CAN BE FOUND.

I know this one - Feldy held up both drycleaning receipts during his closing arguments. The one that says it's for a "Jacket" is dated 1/26, before Danielle disappeared. The police/prosecutors say that the wrong date is on that receipt because the computers at the drycleaners were acting up. One drycleaning clerk says the computers weren't working right that day, the other says they were working fine. Feldy says reasonable doubt.

A lot of the witnesses said their police statements were wrong. So if the police write it down wrong on purpose, is that what the defense have to work with, all kinds of wrong information?

When I was a teenager I worked at a drycleaner and my primary job was to "spot" the clothes before I passed them on to be cleaned. I looked over every inch of the material and if I saw a spot I put a specific solution on it. Dusek made a big deal about clorox destroying dna evidence implying thats why westerfield had clorox. Would'nt you think that dry cleaning solvent would destroy dna evidence too?

Pure speculation. Trying to come up with possibilities for how the different 'evidence' the police 'found' could have happened based on more than just ASSUMING DW did it. Especially when the parents have lied,and lied, and lied, and their friends won't even testify, (or they don't want them too.) and Danielle supposedly writes things in her diary that EXPERTS in CHILD ABUSE (and we have some on these threads) will tell YOU IS ALMOST 100% guarantee that SOMEONE is PHYSICALLY or SEXUALLY ABUSING THAT CHILD.

DW's belongings weren't at the site. If Damon had wrapped her in something, and then wanted to leave the body NAKED to make it look worse, maybe he left such an item where he had the body hid.

When I speculate like this, it is nice to have other posters DICE and SLICE and tell me WHY this or that CAN'T BE POSSIBLE. Then I can narrow it down, or eliminate it. FINALLY after eliminating all the THEORIES/SPECULATIONS/WILDASS IDEAS, we may come down to the TRUTH.

According to what I remember - Other than fiber evidence that was testified to as being similar to fibers found in his house (and maybe MH - I can't remember that) there was no DNA or other forensic evidence found at the scene where she was found that connected her in any way to DW. Anyone feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

The fact is, the DW jacket was already at the dry cleaners, clean and waiting to be picked up, on the night when Danielle disappeared. There is no way that anything that was on it, had anything to do with Danielle at least at the time of the crime...but only earlier...

But more likely it was put onto the jacket by LE after they got it from the cleaners.

What we SHOULD all be looking at, is why local LE and DA's and Mudd should so have it in for Westerfield, has he cut off some sex or money gravy train to LE, or harmed them in some way? Why such hate, why such an unfair trial? This judge might as well have knotting the hangmans noose in a rope like Dusek was.

How do we know it to be a fact that his jacket was already at the cleaners when she disappeared?

Cannot buy it
if her body was left where bugs could not get to it the body would have to be sealed up on large plastic bag ect
otherwise the body fluids would leak and draw bugs if in old refreg of freezer the seal would have to be perfect to keep bugs out

when moving the body you would get some fluid on you
trust me it is hard to get rid of the smell and it is not a nice one
i would rather be sprayed by a skunk

Dear Ucansee2,why would he be so concerned about the insurance,they had to face a murder trial and if he did it ,it would be the wrong time for the body to show up and help Westerfield because of bugs,he would have waited until the trial was over,found guilty and get the money

The claims about the journal are slanderous rumour started by Douglas Pierce, making speculations based on them totally specious.

I guess we will have to wait and see.

It is possible (hell maybe even likely) that DP is CUCKOO for COCOAPUFFS!

He WAS in the VAN DAM house. I wasn't. I would take his word on what the VD's said or did, or what he saw there more readily than MINE, or NANCY GRACE's!

He hasn't just RUMORED this info, he has POSTED it on a PUBLICALLY AVAILABLE WEBSITE and signed an AFFIDAVIT stating this is the TRUTH as he knows it.

NOW, why don't the Van Dam's SUE HIS BUTT OFF?
