I'll go out on a limb and say that it looks authentic to me...

Do you have any pictures showing how well the field can be seen from Stonehenge?

It stands to reason that if the field is observable from Stonehenge, it can be seen even better from the road..

Actually that doesn't stand to reason. Looking at the picture it would appear that the road is what I'd call a "Kansas tunnel" (ie the road appears to be the lowest thing in the picture). If you have two hills and a valley inbetween the view either hill has of the other has no connection at all to the view the valley has of either. Even were it a constant direction (if the road were uphill from the circle and the circle uphill from the road, which is clearly not the case here, the road is definitely below the circle the only question is how much) unless the slope is consistent the view from one again has no direct corrolation with the view from the other. And in either case we still have no pictures of the circle area from either Stonehenge or the road, so even if your assumed corrolation were correct (which it isn't) that leans nothing since we are only guessing as to the view from either.

John Deere enhances GreenStar® Field Doc™ crop circle data system.

Update to GreenStar Field Doc makes this CCDS even more versatile for you!

Enhancements to the GreenStar Field Doc, first introduced for the spring equinox in 2001, make it easier for you to document circumferences, angular projectory, circle boundaries, and home planet communication more efficiently.

Field Doc is an extra terrestrial data collection system that uses ESP software and three common GreenStar components: Circle Star display, mobile cutter engagement, and StarFire™ position receiver. In other words, it works on intuition.

Field Doc can be field installed as a stand-alone system on any machine with a 12-volt power supply or as a hologramic illusion for circle chasers.

This new version of Field Doc is only compatible with JDOffice™ (the replacement for JDmap®), which is available during the autumnal equinox. Those customers who currently own JDstarmap and Field Doc will receive telepathy downloads to these new versions of software.

Field Doc is a extra terrestrial data collection system that can be used by customers with all brands of paranoia and needs for sightings. All customers may enjoy the same data collection capabilities, however, enhanced visual liftoff and beam me up integration is achieved when using select John Deere star mobile implements and vehicles.

Your John Deere dealer is your best source for information on the new Field Doc enhancements.

Anybody got a topographical map of the area?

That's the most intelligent post I've ever seen from you. There might be hope for you yet...

I've been trying to find one online, but have been a bit busy with more important things. If you find one, do let us in on it...

If you look at the swirls in the circle, there's two areas that have been matted down like balding hair, one on the top and one on the bottom. The rest is just matted. If you look at the recent 2002 images on this thread, you'll see the difference in the manner in which the wheat is layed down. The same characteristic applies to other formations considered authentic, and that is what I tried to state earlier. I had mentioned it as the "weaving" of the wheat.

Now if that were a biker circle, the words "Show Me Your" would procede the word currently there... :)

It all comes down to the sacred algebra hidden in this year's Farmer's almanac.

Do you have any clue at all as to what Sacred Geometry is?

I think I'm getting the message:

What's that? That we're all being played for boobs by one invincibly ignorant medved-wannnabe? Or an interchangeable hypester for the movie about to flop?

The circles do resemble similar ones seen in England, but in this case, the timing of their appearance in the western suburb is a bit suspicious.

that's 'cuz Chicago is, what, 6 hrs behind England?

I might understand what you're talking about if I saw the picture again.

Maybe you should ask discostu to post it, if he or she knows how to do that sort of thing....

Is it an ancient and mystic technology that describes how the gerbil got its tail, the tiger its stripes and hasn't any applicable use in today's world in any shape or form but the ancients used it to design the pyramids, Atlantis and allows the aliens to contact you via your dental fillings?

Is it 42?

I'm not a video expert either, but this is so grainy, etc. Seems quite likely a hoax to me.

The motion of the objects is EXTREMELY smooth and fluid. IF it is a hoax, it's about the best ever. And as I've said earlier, it's quite strange that there is no mention of it in the media or on the net...

Not at all. It's the math and science of the ancients, and if you are seriously curious as to its nature, click below..

SACRED GEOMETRY -- WHAT IS IT?

Now, one of the MOST important postulates concerning this is the Golden Mean. Have you ever heard of that?
