Nothing hot about my weekend. Spent it getting frustrated with technology. And the power company. Other than that, I had an idea for a drawing that I know I do not have the skill to do. (That is a major pain.....) Kinda like walking up to a car and finding you don't have the right key.

No, I wasn't out being a border reiver, that would have been fun.. but I don't think the locals in my area would understand teh great tradition that it holds. 'Course, the locals in my area were probably too stoned or pickled to notice if I had....
Yes, my 22 pound cat stalks me, she hasn't yet figured oout that she has a bell around her neck that gives her away. I do bear many a scar and scratch from the cat trying to 'take down the giant mouse'. It's kinda funny, she grabs and kicks and bites like a dervish.. when she can get her fluffy wide butt out of her own way. She's a Clyban Cat.

"Love to eat them mousies, mousies what I love to eat. Bite they little heads off, nibble they tiny feet." Stolen off of a tea mug I have.
Yes, I am a tea totaler. Earl Grey or Constant Comment. (Ceylon Black and other 'black' teas, if I can get my hands on them..)

nothing happened when you were gone
andysmom and Dizzy went on nother crime spree
Dizzy held machine gun and chewed fat cigar
while andysmom stuck up the bank
the next day she spent it all christmas shopping on qvc
her hubby is at his friend's house getting his brakes relined now
he does not have clue bout his wife's extracurricular activities
she acts domestic when he is around

your pal neets is romancing somewhere in Herkimer county

I ran out of money, but my brother saved me

chickie took pic of wild storm which knocked out power in neets' area

ac disports with lesbians on the regatta
Love, Palo

how could I forget
the big drama
chickie could not decide whether to have italian or sea food
the italian was to die for, but she chose the seafood in the end

seafood in the end

Hmmm... How does one act domestic? Does that mean not being a border reiver?
Would that storm that hit out that way be the one bearing down on my area today? I hope not, had enough of the power going out, down, around, dance fever-dance fever to last me for awhile. Herkimer county? Any idea whereabouts? I could throw on a kilt and sporran and go act like a mad Cameron. That would get quite a crowd going.

I almost ran over an angel, he had a nice big fat CIGAR. In a sense, you know you're alone here. If you jump, you'd best jump far. Oh, God -could it be the weather. Oh God, why am I here? If love, isn't forever. Then it's not the weather, hand me my leather. -Tori Amos, Leather.

Kearen the Cat, alternately called "That Borg Bit.H.!" because of her coat pattern, tries to act sedate. Then she goes bizzak. She's a rather large domestic short-hair.

She was thrown over an eight foot tall fence in a burlap bag into the back yard of the Goshen, NY humane society. She does not like being picked up and held because of that. She started out life at eight pounds and thin.. then she was fixed.
Her name originally was 'Hydrox'... I hated it. She answers to Kearen. When she feels like it. And if I am not in bed by 9 P.M... she nips my ankles. Crazy thing.

I believe, if memory serves, Earl Grey is an oddish blend of Ceylon and some other lesser flavored teas. Supposedly gives a strong tea, but English Breakfast tea is stronger. Oolong black is a harder tea than Ceylon black. Doesn't go well with ginseng.

Wow, I'm actually having a hard time remembering all this stuff. Haven't been practicing herb-lore and such for awhile... Hmm.. Means I need to go out and do such. (Supposedly, Jewel Weed, when crushed open [stalks] and applied to the site of poison ivy contact, will stop poison ivy from spreading. Since I am hyper-reactive to poison ivy.. I haven't tested this out.)

chickie took pic of storm in her backyard (was it wednesday night?)
neets was without power for 3 hours, and it uprooted her neighbor's tree
it musta been the same storm the power men are fixing power for now in your area
I am baffled why instead of fixing power, they knocked out the power

Captain - this may be the most fascinating link of all.

Tremendous find - I'll be opening another window to explore this site to the fullest.

We had a super time last evening, but it's great to be back home. Another scorcher here in CenTex.

PopupStopper is the bomb!
I had to re-read the instructions
about mashing the Control key to
get all my FR windows opened today.

Surely is nice not to have all those
crappy windows exploding all over my
monitor.

A tremendous day to all who pass through the Dimensional Door. JL

Palo here's a pic of the Moon I took around three a.m. this morning.. By the time I set the tripod up and got the telephoto lense on, I missed the clouds, which would have made a much nicer pic..

I made quite a sight if anyone saw me this morning.. running around in my nighty in the dark taking pics.. A few cars went by and I tried to catch a pic of one, but they were too fast for Gran... So I settled for my back door, and had to be almost in the street with the telephoto on.. lol

thank you loddy
I wish you a wonderful day too
Love, Palo

this weird link is fun
I read the Bisbee one thru to end
I am curious bout Bisbee since it is one of places I think bout movin' to
seems mostly hippies and artists live in old part of town
the house which appealed to me is owned by a retired engineer outside of town
Bill said engineers prolly lived there from when it was a minng town
it was fantastic house and cheap
Bill was intrigued by Bisbee cause it captured his artist's imagination
I can't imagine it looks like how he described it!
