Don't your CIA contacts have a way to fix this?

Habs my tricky entrepreneur, keeper of the release dates of the Ladies of the Pen; there is absolutely nothing I can do about it. I fear they will cut off the telephone lines and there will be no Web surfing for me tomorrow. I will have to use the computer in the old fashioned way…. for work.

I hope the bars will be open for I will sorely miss my tapas.

Aren't national general strikes actually conspiracies concocted by taverna owners so the proletariat have some place to wait out the strike? It is mandatory that bars be open while the nation sits it out....on a wicker chair, munching crudities, dip and sherry ;-)

I got sick and tired of fighting this damn posting last night. Everytime I tried to do anything got the 'Cannot Display this Page thingy' Now it is so damn slow it is not worth bothering with....Unless it improves by at least 1000% this is probably my last post...There are better things to do on a computer than put up with JohnRobs tinkering.....Will this even post????? I don't care!!!!!

I just cooked up some wonderful Copper River Salmon for dinner...its just divine salmon, and we get it just once a year, when the run comes in...they had really good sales on it at the store, and I sure bought a lot of it...some for now, some to freeze....

Paired the Copper River Salmon with some zesty rice sprinkled with shrimps, some fresh corn on the cob, some crusty french bread, and there you have it, a meal fit for a king(as the hubby considers himself)...Now he says, if only he did not have to go work, he would wash it all down with an ice cold beer...Alas, bottled water will have to do...

I must feed my man well, as he works long, hard hours, (11 hours a day), in order to keep us supplied with bankrolls for our trips and ebay shopping, and our home repairs...

Wish we had a money machine...of course, so does everyone else...

I got on FR later than most, and had no problems...the kinks were probably worked out, by the time I got here...I sure do like the new format...not having to use those <> thingeys, everytime you wanted to skip lines and make new paragraphs is great...
