Be sure to grab something good to eat..

I just cooked up some wonderful Copper River Salmon for dinner...its just divine salmon, and we get it just once a year, when the run comes in...they had really good sales on it at the store, and I sure bought a lot of it...some for now, some to freeze....

Paired the Copper River Salmon with some zesty rice sprinkled with shrimps, some fresh corn on the cob, some crusty french bread, and there you have it, a meal fit for a king(as the hubby considers himself)...Now he says, if only he did not have to go work, he would wash it all down with an ice cold beer...Alas, bottled water will have to do...

I must feed my man well, as he works long, hard hours, (11 hours a day), in order to keep us supplied with bankrolls for our trips and ebay shopping, and our home repairs...

Wish we had a money machine...of course, so does everyone else...
