It has to be determined whether the new owner is in his rights to do that.If he is, he can be a Grannie9pot ;-)lol...but that doesn't mean he still still try to extort more than market value for the view.

Oh gosh, I hope not..those are not really the dollies I am interested in...

I am sending him to Marshall Fields(my favorite store of all time)...he has a friend who works at Fields,( which means employee discount),so I told him that the two men need to go dolly shopping at Fields, and I will give them some general hints about what type of doll I would like, and then see what they come up with...I will be a fun surprise, to see what they pick..

seems he is in his legal rights to do it, that is the whole problem
I realized that I would not pay him the 30,000 tho
I would move
but I still think it is good idea to take it to court first, and let judge decide

Mom.. your weekend sounded the nuts.. You had a ball.. good! My husband, daughter and grandson and I are going to Mass to see our new little one tomorrw.. First we are going to our favorite Pizza place for lunch.. Never had a pizza as good as these.. Been eating them since I was old enough to remember and have never found better anywhere.. Really thin crispy crust with lots of sauce and cheese.. Hmmm...good.. Then we will visit for a while and may eat out on the way home..

Yes, gran, we had a most wonderful time...it was indeed a memorable Mothers Day....

Ah, you are so lucky to be going to see the newest addition to your family....those new babies are just my favorites...they are so small, for such a short period of time, but ah, its the sweetest time of all...I just love holding new babies ever so close, and smelling them...there is nothing in the world, like holding a newborn close...you will, I am sure, be in Heaven, with the new babe, Chloe...

rofl neets you are so funny
my dad used all yiddish words to express things
except when he was really mad, and the person had done something vile
he called them shitpot
I never used the word myself, till my neighbor tried to steal my property
I realized he was a shitpot

I just had a six week old one in my arms last week... Mmmmm... I agree.. there's nothing better.. Little snuggle bunnies... I got to feed her her bottle too.. Chloe will seem very small compared to the other infant..

Her Mom says she being very good.. Taking the breast well now, and sleeping really well.. Good, Mom has her hands full. She needs all the help she can get..

Good Grief - Shake yourself woman - no way Westy's bike could have transported him this far.

Your faithful letter carrier, perhaps?

Big Al, are you anywhere around?
