Wallllll.... Harhar. I went and had more than a few beers, even though I strongly and harshly admonished myself not to, hey I'm typing alot better now! About damn time. Anyhoo it was a great day for running but ended up doing 30 seconds worse than last year at that race... [sigh] It's cause I've been butt-arse lazy lately and haven't been going to running club workouts... Oh well...
