Honey, you won't need any training.. It will come naturally.. You have been in training for it all your life, you just don't know it yet... ;)

You'll probably piss them off just being alive...lol. If you're embarrassing them now.. you surely will then.. All the fun stuff comes later.. When you're old enough that you don't give two sh!its...

hi cookie
I am back at the pic you took of statue of Captain Morgon (post 510)
I can't believe it!
In some ways Captain Morgon is spittin' image of our captain
he's so dashing, thrilling, exciting
and SUCH a pirate captain
I bet his spirit is on our thread right now
thanks chickie, you are the best
Love, Palo

I'm sorry I missed you last night
we'll always ping you to new thread from now on
the new forum confused us too

hi chickie
isn't that fascinating 'bout mound dwellers
I had no idea till I read about them in your picture
can you believe a sophisticated urban culture lived in Florida for 2000 years before Ponce de Leon arrived
now I am curious about them
you are making good discoveries in Florida
Love, Palo

hi westy
I am happy again this morning
the tumult from the dentist appointment evaporated
thanks for cheering me up on IM in middle of night
I was tossing and turning in bed till I got up to IM with you
it sweetened my mind, and calmed my heart

Good morning Palocita. I had to take a pic of this tree being killed by Spanish Moss.. It's so pretty, but deadly...

I just read Grannie's Korner
it is hysterical
every word is hysterical
''a short medium at large''
IMing with westy at 2 AM lifted my spirits
reading this wonderful story now makes me feel like I am back in the land of the living
it's good to wake up laughin'
thanks sweetie pie
Love, Palo
To: grannie9
hi chickie
what a pretty picture
the spanish moss is pretty
I wonder why it kills the tree
usually nature enhances each other
perhaps it grows on ailing trees

To: palo verde;Westmex
Palo.. I heard it's a parasite.. That's the only tree I've ever seen it on down here.. They must spray them or something, to keep it off... But, like Westy say's.. what do I know? lol
By the way, does anyone else think that the reaction time on the "new" FR is very slow? I find it dragging..
To: grannie9
you know chickie
westy said on IM last night
our thread needs more posters
espec. posters who like to gab
but sitting here right now, looking at all your pictures
reading Grannie's Korner
and hanging out here has made me perfectly happy
Love, Palo
lol we are taking dogs on drive
Happy is not allowed to have walkie in neighborhod for 4 days
cause a nail fell out of his paw
and he has bandage on it
it is beautiful spring day here, and we will drive to country on outskirts of Tucson
c u all l8r
To: habs4ever; all
o habs, the beauty out here is not to be believed
we drove to where the paved road ended and dirt road began
I forget what you call those spaces between mountains (canyons?)
and desert mountains have all those saguaros growing on them
saguaros are the tall cacti which look like man's silhouette
because there is no forest, we have vistas
you see far out in distance everything
it looks like cowboy movie but so much more beautiful in real life
I forgot all that beauty is only 20 minutes away
I live in blessed place
Love, Palo
To: grannie9
hi sweetie
it doesn't take any time to refresh this thread
does it drag when you move between threads?
Love, Palo
To: habs4ever
hi sweetie
westy thinks we need more night owls
who like to gab
so if someone arrives on thread late at night they have company

That sounds beautiful.I'm not sure if you ever saw John Ford's the Greatest Story Ever Told, but much of it was filmed in Arizona 40 yrs ago and the topography was spectacular. Is it the Colorado River that winds its way down into Never Never Land? If so, you may like to go on a drive to explore that area :-)
