Man, my computer sure is acting up today...keeps freezing up, and giving me a message that some illegal act is being performed, and it throws me offline

The first time I ever got that sort of message about some 'illegal' act being performed, I was a computer newbie, and completely ignorant of computer terminology.....so when I got that message for the first time, I got so scared, I called my son at work, and was crying, convinced that soon the police would be at my door to arrest me, and I wanted my son to tell me what I did that was wrong...well of course, he and his fellow employees had a good laugh over that one...ah, I am such a dunderhead at times...

he says at least he can have hot bowl of soup and sandwich and can have warmth

Me, too! The first time I saw that message, I thought I'd be refused service! I read later that there was a lot of complaining about the strongly worded, unnecessary messages.

For days and days, my firewall didn't show me any hacking activity. Tonight already, there have been two red warnings flash. I'm safe, but it's odd they started again.

Over half the country would be locked up if they did it for those illegal computer notices...lol....Have you run scan disk and defrag lately?...

I remember my reaction when I first got message I did something illegal
I didn't think the police would be at door
but I was so surprised I had committed a criminal act
without having the slightest idea what I did

A cell phone can come in handy at times too. To call 911 at least....I've done dumb things in my life, but have lucked out so far, lol....

A bivi sack is a little bitty waterproof tent that slips over a sleeping bag....even without the bag it will get you out of the wind and wet....

Its soooo nice, to know that I am not the only one who thought they did something illegal on the computer....

Westy, I dont know how to do any of those things on the computer...but I will mention my problems to my son, when he comes down for Easter, and he will solve the problem...when he was living here, after he returned from his around the world trip, he took my whole computer apart and cleaned it for me...he showed me the inside guts of the computer...it was pretty interesting...but I got scared that he would not be able to put it back together again...

Boy, this eaglecam is truly amazing...here we are sitting at home, and its pitch dark out, and we can watch this great eagle, resting in his nest...hes so tired out, from hunting for his food...have a nice sleep...
