Man, my computer sure is acting up today...keeps freezing up, and giving me a message that some illegal act is being performed, and it throws me offline

The first time I ever got that sort of message about some 'illegal' act being performed, I was a computer newbie, and completely ignorant of computer terminology.....so when I got that message for the first time, I got so scared, I called my son at work, and was crying, convinced that soon the police would be at my door to arrest me, and I wanted my son to tell me what I did that was wrong...well of course, he and his fellow employees had a good laugh over that one...ah, I am such a dunderhead at times...

Me, too! The first time I saw that message, I thought I'd be refused service! I read later that there was a lot of complaining about the strongly worded, unnecessary messages.

For days and days, my firewall didn't show me any hacking activity. Tonight already, there have been two red warnings flash. I'm safe, but it's odd they started again.

Over half the country would be locked up if they did it for those illegal computer notices...lol....Have you run scan disk and defrag lately?...

I didn't think the police would be at door
but I was so surprised I had committed a criminal act
