It looks like she read the label, is it possible if she is going door to door the package was left at wrong place and she took it to the correct address?
Happens to me at the PO - my PO box number has been flipped and put in someone else’s box when the middle number is flipped like 614 becomes 641

Ms Sticky-Finger.
Not her business to read the label and take the package even if left at the wrong address.
I note that when she approached the house she walked slowly on the paved pathway; but when she left with the package she walked at a faster pace across the landscape stone, which was a straighter, more direct path to the street.
If you see something that has not been delivered properly you are to remove it and take it to the house where it belongs.
I mean, it is a federal offense but as long as we are in fantasy land let's just hop on our flying dragon and deliver the package.

This thread and its responses shows to me that FR has lost its analytical edge and is seeing the world through emotions and bias without considering all the possibilities. I can see why folks like Buckhead gave up in this forum.
It’s highly unlikely a delivery service screws up the delivery, in this age of GPS navigation...and the old-fashioned “read the address number” at the location.
Unlikely #2 - the volunteer would notice the address and then be interested in getting involved in correcting it. If at all, I’d knock and report “wrong delivery.”
Most likely, the volunteer is a crook & stole the package.
