My goodness, my Guinness!
A massive haul of 70,000 pints of Guinness was stolen in the dead of night — sending British police on a desperate hunt for the missing stout.
The two trailer loads of beer, valued at $155,000, were snatched last Monday from an industrial park in Runcorn, near Liverpool, according to the Cheshire Constabulary.
The Guinness, destined for pubs, was brazenly taken by two drivers who pulled up to the depot and hauled away the trailers carrying 800 barrels of the dark, creamy Irish beer.
“It is famously said that ‘Guinness is good for you,’ but that is only the case when it has been bought and paid for,” Det. Sgt. Gary McClatchy said. “We will settle for nothing less than the full recovery of all the items stolen.”
The stout theft comes just weeks after a heist of 34,000 cans of Pabst Blue Ribbon from a Southern California warehouse.
The $70,000 worth of stolen brews prompted Pabst Blue Ribbon to offer a $20,000 reward for information leading to the recovery of the boozy loot.

How the hell does somebody fence that much beer
And no, I would not accept any “I don’t recall” answers from her.
Somebody stole PBR??
Did not think you could give that swill away.
Used to like Guinness, before they sponsored some homo parade. The taste had been going off anyway,
Scotland.................
That’s one night’s worth in a small community.
Good luck. Check the bottle depots for sudden deposits.

I was desperate and depressed until Ralph called. He said “hey Dude bring your mate and let’s ‘ave a beer.” Bloody marvelous idea really.
Guinness + PBR=One hellish black and tan!
Shoot, a fella could have a pretty good weekend in Liverpool with all that stuff.
Nope, never mind...

it's still all right.
I can understand stealing Guiness. Why does anyone steal Pabst Blue Ribbon? However, I must admit I drank many of such as it was cheap. After living in England with good beer a Pabst never passed my lips again. When I returned home to the States our beer still sucked. I drank Modelo Negro from Mexico a decent ale but not outstanding. Today our many microbreweries produce all beers of equal and superior quality of Europe.
PS:
Coors and Bud Light truly suck closely followed by Michelob light. Oddly the only decent larger is Yuengling. I am an IPA man, but Yuengling is okay, especially on a hot summer day when an IPA is a bit heavy. Mixed with a little lemonade it is Shandy and most delightful on a hot summer day.
Did they look in their butts?
And the most succesful graduation exercise candidates from “The Irish School of Truck Driving” are Sean and Sean.
I love PBR
That's desperation. I guess they could try and peddle them to college fraternities or homeless encampments
Police resources are tapped in this case.
But the muzzies are still allowed to rape, stab, and murder. RIP UK.
