All Hell Breaks Loose at DC Navy Yard Chipotle: Father Shields Terrified Children as \'Teens\' Break Out in Violent Brawl, Throw Chairs (VIDEO)

All hell broke loose at the DC Navy Yard Chipotle restaurant this weekend after a group of 'youths' got into a violent brawl.

A group of terrified patrons, including children, were pushed to the corner of the restaurant as the teen thugs threw chairs at each other.

It is unclear what caused the brawl or if anyone was taken into custody.

The Justice Department vowed to hold the parents of these violent teens accountable.

US Attorney for DC Jeanine Pirro on Friday announced her office will be charging parents of ‘youths’ who violate curfew amid a disturbing trend of ‘teen takeovers.

Mobs of teens are rampaging through the streets of DC and other cities across the country, terrifying residents and causing major damage.

Pirro says she’s going after the parents.

After FOUR incidents with THEM, I learned my lesson.
* Age 13, Ithaca, NY. Sucker punched leaving a Saturday movie matinee
* Age 26, Cleveland, OH. At an electronics store.
* Age 45, Palo Alto, CA. Wife and I accosted by them threatening us as we were getting into our car. “Gave” them $20 to get take the bus home.
* Age 55, Columbus, OH. Business trip walking back to hotel with colleague.

Problem is they show up when you least expect it even with head on a swivel.

Of course, I had a white sailor itching to fight me at St. James Infirmary bar & grill in Mountain View, CA when I was 28. And had a group of white Swedes itching for a fight at a friend’s house in Woodside, CA when I was about the same age.
So four of my six incidents was THEM.

I am a public defender in a large southern metropolitan area. Fewer than 10 percent of the people in the area I serve are black but over 90 percent of my clients are black. The remaining 10 percent are mainly Hispanics but there are a few whites.

I have no explanation for why this is, but crime has racial patterns. Hispanics usually commit two kinds of crime: sexual assault on children and driving under the influence. Blacks commit many violent crimes but very few sex crimes. The handful of whites I see commit all kinds of crimes. In my many years as a public defender I have represented only three Asians, and one was half black.

As a young lawyer, I believed that blacks are law abiding, intelligent, family-oriented people, but are so poor they must turn to crime to survive. Actual black behavior was a shock to me.
