Three ghoulish neighbors allegedly killed boy’s therapy pig, then were found in aprons near boiling pot of water

A 12-year-old Georgia boy was left heartbroken after his therapy pig was allegedly killed by three ghoulish neighbors – who were found with the dead animal in aprons and gloves beside a boiling pot of water.

Garrett Cox, who has ADHD and autism, is now struggling to cope after Bootsy, his 400-pound emotional support pig, was savagely shot dead after wandering from her pen and off the family’s Hoschton property, about 50 miles northeast of Atlanta, last week, according to multiple reports.

“I miss her so much,” the young boy told WSB-TV about the award-winning pig, while clutching the ribbons they had won at livestock competitions.

His parents, Kerrie and Matt, told the outlet they rushed out to find Bootsy after she escaped – then heard a gunshot and followed the chilling sound to a nearby home.

That’s when they found three people in aprons and gloves standing next to the dead hog and a pot of scalding hot water, leaving the horrified parents convinced the trio were trying to butcher the pig for food.

“There was a rope with blood on it beside her body,” Matt said, adding that Bootsy had been tied up.

Kerri said she confronted one of the cruel suspects, asking, “Why would you do this? You knew she was our pig,” but said the maniac responded with laughter, the outlet reported.

Had some friends who had one...named it Hammy Davis Junior. It ate through the miniature pig phase and they had to get rid of it. No...they gave it away, they didn’t eat it.

I am feeling sorry for the boy. He has ADHD and Autism so the pig was his support animal. Not a pet in the traditional sense. Had a friend growing up and he had a support dog.

That said, I hope he will get another therapy pig. Pig are not a dirty animal, they roll in mud to keep cool.

From the photos, looks to be attempted cannibalism.

Those little Vietnamese pot-bellied pigs make nice pets.

No, they really don't. Their hoofs destroys all the flooring in the house, and they will tear furniture and trim molding all to hell. They stink.

Mai Kia Vang-Moua, 54, Maysy Moua,59, and Kee Moua, 33,

These are Hmong names. The Hmong are the worst dregs of Asia, they spread filth and crime everywhere that they squat. Not surprising for a tribe of savages that only recently climbed out of the trees.

“it is not the neighbors obligation to return that pig to her rightful owners.”

Seriously? Obigated to return the pig? So they kill it instead? Are you drunk?

Japanese and Koreans tend to be mostly decent people in my experience. Chinese + Taiwanese are a mixed bag, southeast Asians (e.g. Vietnamese, Cambodians) tend to be shiftier, while Hmong (i.e. the ones in this story) are basically sub-human.

A 400 pound hog will meet its demise if shows up on my property. I doubt it was the first time it escaped its owners custody. I would give the owners a chance to recover the remains and make compensation for any damages.

I’ve been to Korea and you are mostly right. But they have their areas where a foregner isn’t really welcome. But it is a very safe country by and large. And everyone has something to do. No homeless in the streets.

One time in Seoul, me and my two buddies were walking in the shopping district, Itawan I think, and a guy speaking Korean was trying to get us to get into a limo to go the to karaoke club. We almost did it too. The next day we hooked back up with our translator and he said if we had gotten into that car we would have been taken to a club with dancing women (not really a strip club) and would not have been let out until spending several hundred dollars. Our translator spent his first 9 years living in the ROK.

It was a great trup overall.

The Hmong knew that the pig was someone’s pet. This would be like me shooting the neighbor’s dog because it crossed into my yard. And besides, even the life of a pig (or even a rat) is more valuable than the life of a Hmong...

Do you have a 400lb pet that is capable of inflicting tremendous property damage and physical harm? Maybe you’re thinking of Wilbur he was a nice pig.

Doesn’t matter if it’s someone’s pet. So is every vicious pitbull which would get the very same treatment if it comes on my property. And I would take my chances with a pitbull long before a 400lb hog.

“ That does not mean you can shoot it.”. I have a firearm loaded and the skill to shoot it and can safely do it. So it seems to me I could shoot it.

Let the owner of the pig make their claim in small court.

You must have never seen a 400lb hog in person let alone running loose. Go visit a hog farm and see if you’d like to step inside a hog pen with one this big. The fact that this hog escaped proves negligence on the owners part. A hog on the loose by its very nature poses an immediate hazard.

There is no such thing as a mini pig or a tea cup pig except in sales and marketing to gullible people. They grow and grow.
