Buy Two and rotate them.
The high end Nylon .
I also live in a high wind area in NE Pennsylvania. I buy my 4X6 flags from LibertyFlags.com. All flags will eventually fray, but these have worked well for me.
I love the hockey players. Can someone tell them that while it’s iffy to be introduced on camera in the capitol building chewing gum…mouth open yet, it is not iffy to allow the flag to touch the ground, not okay to drag it on the ice.
Things one needs to be told
Being a flag thread I will remind everyone to shop for led American flags and yard decor for the 250th birthday, Amazon is a good place to see what is available.
Lit up houses is not just for Christmas anymore, Go Griswald for the Fourth, I am, hanging red/white/blue lights, yard lights, led flags, 10 foot flag and patriotic banners, I’m starting mine at the end of May.

I gave up.
Annin. They make a high quality wind and uv resistant flag for a reasonable price.
Most of our military services use Annin Toughtex flags at operating bases and aboard other units. They last far longer than standard flags. I use them on my home flagpole as well.
ANNIN ——Yes!
That’s what I’ve collected all these
Years, they are XLNT and worth
The price.
Timely post, Pig. My flag got blown down and shredded a couple months ago in the Colorado Front Range. Standard aluminum small pipe off the side of the house. Ripped the whole mount off my siding.
I’m looking forward to links to buy new flags for me an 92 year old ma. Hers has been shredded by wind.
Joke.
What do they call 100mph winds in Florida? A hurricane.
What do they call 100mph winds in Colorado? Tuesday.
You want an Annin Toughtex 002720. It will serve you well and will last far longer than cheaper alternatives.
Polyester polymax flags by “Made in the USA Flag Company”. Sold on Amazon. I live in a high wind area and other flags didn’t last a year. This one has lasted 2 years and going strong despite some of the worst storms we’ve had.
Don’t buy from Dixie Flags in San Antonio TX. They were among the first to stop selling the Confederate Battle flag back when the loony leftists were tearing down Civil War statues and such. It has been a while since I checked their web site but at that time they still had no Confederacy themed products for sale.
I’ve been looking for patriotic lights and decor for this summer. Not seeing much so far. It’s got to be economical too. I can’t spend $80 on one light display.
Here is a place to start.
