A grand jury, for a second time, declined to bring a new indictment against Letitia James, the New York attorney general who defeated President Donald Trump and his company in court, according to multiple sources.
The Justice Department presented its case against James to grand jury in Alexandria, Virginia, Thursday — a week after a different grand jury in Norfolk declined to bring charges.
A spokesperson for James’ legal team declined to comment Thursday.
The quick move by the Justice Department to present a case against James again to a grand jury again shows the intensity of its efforts to prosecute the New York attorney general, a frequent Trump political target who was one of several enemies he has said on social media should face legal jeopardy.

The Justice Department did not fail to indict her, the jury stacked with communists refused to do its duty.
Trump's DoJ should have understood the playing field - and held their fire until a better case was ready.
And there are idiots on this site who defend her and the fanboy FBI head.
Isn’t Virginia a suburb of DC, filled with federal “public servants?”
They were bumping up against the statute of limitations.
Hubby and I live in NYS.
We haven’t received any type of jury summons in years, not since I became a Trump donor, and donations are public record.

I think there are ways where you can volunteer for jury duty. I’m retired, and would be happy to sit on juries.
We are learning our justice department is still compromised, as bad as the court system. It seems the only avenue to get any justice to be military tribunals for the criminal conspiracy to bring down the country by the left.
The head of the FBI and the head of DOJ are failures and need to go. The longer Trump keeps him, nothing will happen. I wonder how the 2020 election fraud investigation is going.
They’re sabotaging the case on purpose.
They indicted grandmas for terrorism for walking peacefully through the Capital with the express permission of police and then leaving.
This is a black and white case.
Fire all involved in the prosecution.
So they’ll indict without evidence and won’t indict with evidence.

I’m not ready to give up on Kash or Dan yet. They seem to be working to penetrate 30 years of walls. While still doing the day to day functions. But I don’t trust Biondi.
They’re so evil. They won’t receive judgment in Virginia but they will eventually be going to hell for their corruption.
Predictably. This is one more reason we need martial law, a shutdown of major media, and military trials.
I'll focus on the Navy. We need our ships. But really we don't need that many "boots".
I remember a time when I thought that our institutions actually functioned as intended. That was like 30 years ago at this point.
