A long time ago, I taught a juvenile prisonโa youth center. Anyway, one kid had exactly the same thing happen to him. His parents moved away while he was at school. That wasn’t the reason why he was with us, but it maybe was a clue. Time passes. If he’s still alive, he’d be in his 60s now.

So, am I reading this correctly? It sounds like there are a lot of issues with the boy. The boyfriend won’t allow him in his house and the Unc says there were problems with him too. We see 10 year-olds out robbing folks, maybe this kid is one of those types? No excuse for what his mama did, please don’t get me wrong, but there could be more to this story.
