Cottage Cheese is generally listed by nutrition experts as the top cheese to eat daily for max benefits. Its been advertised as such for a few years.
“cottage cheese and green olives
or
cottage cheese with pineapple and mandarin oranges”
Mandarin canned oranges and cottage cheese was always a snack food after primary school for us. Or cubes of cheddar cheese, a roll of ham and a green olive on a toothpick. Or cream cheese , pickapepper and melba toasts.
Never thought of green olives and cottage cheese gonna have to try that sounds like a good pair.
LOL
Like eating chewy wallpaper paste.
Husband eats cottage cheese with grapefruit every morning.
Cottage Cheese in Lime Jello mold. That and other disgusting stuff my mother made me eat.
Why not cottage cheese with avocado? Might try that.
“Cottage cheese” is what all cheeses start out as.................
Cottage cheese, grapes, and salted peanuts. Nice balance of protein, carbs, and fat.
Cottage cheese on toast has been one of my comfort foods since I was a kid. Just salt and pepper usually, or sometimes a sprinkle of creole seasoning.
That was whey out of line.
Yup makes a gluten and carb free pizza crust that’s basically the only acceptable gluten free version.

Quite tasty especially if you use real sharp provolone from Italy, Ezzo cup and curl pepperoni, also from Italia of course the sauce is Mt. Vesuvius Pomodoro San Marzano dell’Agro Sarnese Nocerino D.O.P.
Pro tip if in the DFW area Jimmy’s food store is the best source of Italian ingredients in the city. At least 15 types of charcuterie and cheeses behind the deli counter.
It looks disgusting but I love it!
Something seems to be missing in your recipe directions, after “all are fried”.
Organic cherry tomatoes. Just grab 5 or 6, after you washed your hands of course, wash them out of the carton with even hand soap, antibacterial, rinse, to plate, sharp knife, slice, spread them around, don’t forget the cottage cheese then salt and pepper.
Good Culture is a great brand and if its a milk product you want to go organic.
Crumbled bacon does not hurt.
Trust me.
;-)
I do not like it straight, but there are good low calorie recipes using it. It makes a great substitute for other cheeses and sour cream in recipes if it is blended.
I do not care for the texture.
Daisy cottage cheese does not contain carrigeenan. Like the China flu shot, the powers that be call it “generally safe.” It’d be wiser to “generally avoid.”
The pun stars are out to play!
(It’s a cottage industry.)
Ping if you want to whey in, or if you curd just use a laugh.
