Yup makes a gluten and carb free pizza crust that’s basically the only acceptable gluten free version.

Quite tasty especially if you use real sharp provolone from Italy, Ezzo cup and curl pepperoni, also from Italia of course the sauce is Mt. Vesuvius Pomodoro San Marzano dell’Agro Sarnese Nocerino D.O.P.
Pro tip if in the DFW area Jimmy’s food store is the best source of Italian ingredients in the city. At least 15 types of charcuterie and cheeses behind the deli counter.
