This should include an education push on separating chem trails from con trails. And how con or chem trails can appear as grids by how the globe rotates. This should aid in accurate reporting by civilians to agencies of the actual chem trails. We shouldn’t have agents chasing after the many more con trails which is basically water vapor condensation. It’s like the water and water vapor that comes out of car tail pipes.
Con trails are diversions that can illegitimatize the chem trail claims. Chem trails are real and require accurate exposure. This will greatly help @realDonaldTrump’s efforts in stopping evil people’s drive to put chemicals into our atmosphere for any reason.

They could go to the mfg to find out the dealer who could tell them the original purchaser. But the purchaser may not still have it and may or may not be able to tell them who it was sold to or it may have been stolen.
I have never been able to find any good info on how many crimes are actually solved through serial numbers. Do you know how your case turned out?
I know that, but the ATF has KEPT all of the ones turned into it after dealer close out/end/etc... 4473’s are absolutely a registration of initial purchase if the law specifying their destruction is not followed and there is an obvious aversion by government black hats to destroying them.
Be VERY CAREFUL what you wish for. There are some other pretty finely nuanced legal situations that are unlawful WITHOUT posting in a printed publication. These usually relate to property and tort issues. ANY legislation that ends up removing from print or relegating notices to purely electronic means is inviting disaster.
