Yours is a reasonable and possible interpretation. However, those who are prosecuted and/or have their assets confiscated under the applicable Executive Order would probably be in the 40% being exposed versus the 60% kept “private”. There’s not much private about a public charge of trafficking, with or without the gory details, or losing your big, fancy home and other trappings of wealth when you’re a public figure. It remains to be seen what Q meant by “private” and whether or not the 40% exposed/60% private has changed. I’d like to believe that the 60% won’t include any person who actually harmed a child with his/her own hands, and is limited to knowledge without intervention and perhaps facilitation, which is still pretty bad. The whole idea that this is even happening makes me want to vomit.

I imagine Rubio was blackmailed for financial stuff or stuff in college. Like Jim Jordan. I’m thinking it went something like this, “Look, with this in your past, you are never going to be President, but I am offering you freedom from your past and the chance to become a great man in history. Do you want this chance to really make a difference or do you want to go down in history as a minor politician who opposed me?”
I think RFK Jr got the same deal. And many others who had more minor offenses— but ones that would scandalize their base. . I am recalling how vociferously Congress cheered during PDJT’s first State of the Union speech. They had been freed...and it sounded like a hundred cheered. The ones who retired, sought private life and “other opportunities “ probably had serious offenses.
