‘strong and decisive action’
So they:
1. Expelled him from school
2. Banned him from all future school sports across the entire nation
3. Booked him for attempted murder
Right?

It’s a black on White attack as far as I’m concerned

Quick and decisive action!
Yet... no detail.
This youngster (Junior Varsity) is a ‘-ger’ and not a ‘-gah’.

From the article:
“The Kalamazoo Central player wasn’t identified.”
Say his name.

So a “strong and decisive action” was taken against the offending player. But that action was not described.
So you can be sure it was neither strong nor decisive.

It will probably be justifiable when it comes out the player in white used the N word.

Players reached out to apologize but didn’t say if the one who did it was one of them. This couldn’t have been his first incident. It went on and on for a while, so where the heck were the coaches?

You might not be that far off. I’m a retired urban high school teacher. One day, a student was caught trying to bring a handgun into the school. That is obviously a very serious offense.
Turns out the kid was a star football player. So the police were not called. I’m guessing he did get a good talking-to, though.
