I put ketchup on my hot dogs. So sue me….😁🌭🌭🌭
I am not kidding. I’m pretty sure I read the story here.
Here’s a story about it at Southern Living. Announced at this year’s shareholder meeting.

Oh, please.
As things got better, goulash, stew and chicken soup became the standard go to.
“”Ok. But who eats one hot dog a day?””
My neighbor probably does. She did right after having heart surgery, so... she apparently believes in pushing her luck.
Both Cost-Co’s Pizza and Hot Dog are definitely habit forming!
You sir are a menace - judge smails. 😎
Try the Aldi Angus beef uncured hot dogs. THE best hot dog I have ever eaten! Better than Dietz and Watson, Nathan’s or Vienna Beef, hands down! Bigger and cheaper, too.
We have hot dogs maybe 4 times a year, if that.
I remember a major in our unit in Wash DC who had 2 hot dogs every day for lunch. When I was in Germany, I often had a bratwurst, brotchen, & pommes frites for my lunch.
I think the last hotdog I had was a “Japadog” in Vancouver a few years ago.
Also, why are hot dogs in New England dyed red?
“A new analysis of global dietary studies has found compelling evidence that even small amounts of processed meat may raise the risk of serious chronic diseases. According to researchers, there is no “safe amount” of processed meat consumption when it comes to the risk of developing conditions such as type 2 diabetes, colorectal cancer, and ischemic heart disease.”

I will eat lunch meat from time to time, but I detest hot dogs - have since I was a kid. I like liver sausage, though. Also have since I was a kid. Go figure.
I’d rather have a grilled cheese sandwich or tuna fish or egg salad.
I’m not giving up the bacon, so don’t even go there! ;)
If eating bacon is wrong I don’t want to be right!
Same here. I was diagnosed with Type II diabetes back in 1998. I've managed to control my blood sugar with diet and oral meds. I'm 78 and have outlived the rest of my family, so I won't worry about having a hot dog every now and then. When he was 48, my youngest son was diagnosed with Stage 3 colon cancer. He's been cancer free for six years now. He never ate hotdogs, and doesn't have diabetes, and hopefully he never will.
The diabetes comes from eating the bun.
If you ever visit Destin, Pensacola or Panama City, stop in to McGuire’s irish Pub! Try the Liverwurst sandwich. It will be awesome!.................Comes with a free Red Ale to wash it all down................
Yep, throw that thing away!................
Joey Chestnut should be 5 times dead already...
