What's the plural of Alcatraz?

What's the plural of Alcatraz? I don't know but I hope we find out. With the passage of President Trump's Big Beautiful Bill a LOT more money is now available for immigration enforcement. This means we will need many more facilities like Florida's Alligator Alcatraz.
There are many places in America where the flora, fauna and weather can greatly assist guards to keep illegal aliens from escaping. The following are some examples. I know freepers will feel free to expand on this list:
Selway-Bitterroot Alcatraz - Idaho/Montana. The grizzly bears, wolves and wolverines are always looking for a greet and Meat.
Bob Marshall Wilderness Alcatraz - Montana. More bears, wolves and wolverines looking for tasty treats.
Mohave Green Alcatraz - southeast of Tonopah Nevada. Home to the Mohave Green Rattlesnake. It is the most aggressive and venomous rattlesnake there is. It is always looking to bite something. Also rumored that space aliens live there. Any escapee may find himself deported to another galaxy.
Black Fly Alcatraz - Northern Minnesota. Large ravenous black flies accost and torture anyone whio ventures outside. Also has wolves and insanely cold winters.
Bayou/Cajun Alcatraz - Louisana/Texas Gulf Coast. If the gators and snakes don't get you the Cajuns surely will.

My Harrap's Spanish-English dictionary has alcatraz meaning "gannet." For "pelican" it has pelicano (with an accent mark on the "i").
