WASHINGTON, D.C. — In an unprecedented move sure to take the legal world by storm, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson issued a savage dissent in the form of a TikTok dance.
Jackson, the newest justice on the court, eschewed the traditional format of a written dissent to instead embrace the more modern trend of expressing her opinion through an interpretive dance posted on the popular social media app TikTok.
"Alright, ya'll, check it out, I'm about to dissent," Jackson could be heard saying at the start of the video before breaking into a choreographed routine. "The other justices seem to think that the president has the power to be president, but from my viewpoint, it's important to… wait for it… keep them checks and balances, know what I'm sayin'? Peep this dissent dance right quick."
Viewers were divided on Jackson's performance. "She showed those other justices what's up," said one TikTok user. "It's about time we had someone on the Supreme Court who doesn't know anything about how legal proceedings are supposed to take place. No cap." Another user thought the dance was "cringe, at best."
Legal experts, meanwhile, disputed the legitimacy of a dissent being issued in TikTok dance form. "It's almost as if she has no understanding of the process," one scholar said. "To be honest, I'm skeptical that she even knows what the word ‘dissent' means."
At publishing time, China's espionage team in charge of gathering Americans' data via TikTok had submitted a formal request that Jackson refrain from any further dancing.

There is also the Sacramento Bee, which is way left and has more fake news than the Babylon Bee. So when someone just posts the source as "The Bee" it often takes me a while to figure out which one.

50 years ago us here in the red neck foothills called it the Excremento Bee.
I kinda wonder if part of why she was called out so brutally is because they know it was her who leaked the abortion ruling. Her opinion was truly terrible, but wow the contempt is pretty stark.
