What do you think about these "plus-size" travelers complaining that they can’t comfortably fit on airplanes?

So this video has recently gone viral again so I'm just gonna leave it here and let you guys talk it over in the comments. I give you, plus-size travelers and their complaints about traveling comfortably:

We're plus-sized travelers — of course we think about if we need a second seat before we book a flight.
We're plus-sized travelers — of course we ask for the seatbelt extender as soon as we board the flight.
We're plus-sized travelers — of course we're expected to pay more, just to travel comfortably.
"Fat acceptance" has turned into its own bizarre Marxist grievance study at this point, where the hegemonic power structures of normal society (like, you know, airplanes and stuff) are actively oppressing the morbidly obese.

I think the fatasses need to purchase extra seats.

If the passenger is too big to fit in the seat without interfering with adjacent passengers, that passenger needs to pay more for a larger seat. The passenger's weight matters for purposes of weight and balance calculations for the aircraft and impact on fuel consumption.

Perhaps airlines should create Wide-Body Flights just for them. Pay a little more but get a good travel experience.
Kind of like Emirates does for wealthy people...........

Until January 2016, I was 5 ft 11 in, 192 lbs, 36 in waist. I put MyFitnessPal on my phone. Set a goal of 146 lbs. Tuesday/Thursday 600 calories. The other days were 1250 calories. My macro targets in calories was 30% protein, 30% fat, 40% carb. I reached my target weight in September 2016. Waist down to 32 inches. I've held that nominally since that point in time. Last year I had ampullary cancer. The Whipple surgery caused my stomach and intestinal tract to swell and not pass food. It took months to get back to normal. My weight bottomed out at 136.4 lbs. Today I'm 150.5. I can stay in the range of 148 to 152 lbs. I'm currently 68 years old. My recent blood work was outstanding.

What do you think about these "plus-size" travelers complaining that they can’t comfortably fit on airplanes? Just pray that they don't have the seat next to you!

My 32 inch inseam makes riding tall motorcycles a challenge. I selected the DR650 on the merits of a lower seat than the KR650 or Honda 650 bikes. I converted the DR650 to a supermoto with 17" wheels. Now I can flat foot the bike.

17 inches? you have to be kidding me!!! Even the Amtrak coach was better than the first class Boeing. The Amtrak coach has a leg rest that pops up, the airplane seat does not.

17 inches for a seat? I don’t think your average high school boy could sit in that!

That sounds like a business opportunity!........................Catering (pun intended!) to the Carbo-Class.....................Actually, you are onto something. Install two girth-capable seats in coach in the place of the usual three. Charge 1.5x the price so the revenue is the same (assuming the large person would usually pay for two seats). Large bodies can ride in comfort and therefore the passengers who would otherwise be crammed in can too. Advertise the heck out of it.

Good job! Yes, fasting is effective.
My farming career included plenty of livestock related work, very physical. The last 16 years of it I worked various physically demanding off the farm jobs.
But quitting the farm career in 2001, then becoming a truck driver, showed me how quickly weight can be added. I nipped it in the bud by exercising at the end of the day, whether at home or a truckstop (I’m proof you don’t need a gym full of equipment to stay in shape).
We daily take some apple cider vinegar with water and juice. That stuff does work wonders.

The biggest change was a month into fasting I had my yearly physical. I have had genetically high cholesterol my entire life. Tried five different statins. My total cholesterol went from 290 to 205 from the previous year. That was after only dropping the initial 10-15 pounds.

Buy two seats.
The plane is going to use more fuel to carry someone heavy than a thin person.
Lose weight.
