I liked the Beach Boys music but I recently learned this about Brian Wilson.
“Brian Wilson, a member of The Beach Boys, had a close association with Charles Manson and his followers, known as the “Family.” Dennis Wilson introduced Manson to a few friends in the music business, including the Byrds’ producer Terry Melcher, including Wilson’s cousin, Dennis. Manson recorded numerous songs at Wilson’s home studio.
The association was quite close, with Manson even residing in Wilson’s Sunset Boulevard house, where the Family destroyed his luxury cars and stole his possessions. Wilson eventually distanced himself from Manson, becoming increasingly concerned by his behavior and the Family’s destructive actions. Some reports suggest that Dennis Wilson witnessed Manson’s violent actions and hid his fear.
While Brian Wilson may not have been directly involved in Manson’s crimes, his association with the Family is a significant part of the story, highlighting the chaotic and unsettling environment surrounding the group and the early warning signs that were ignored.
Heard on the radio that they are planning numerous protests in Eastern Washington at the court house parks. Sounds pretty well planned out.

June 14th is the 250th Anniversary of the United States Army and there is going to be a parade in DC to recognize and celebrate them.
Unfortunately the LEFTISTS are organizing a BIG PROTEST to disrupt it, in DC, because President Trump happened to have been born on that day.
These leftist groups are planning disruption all over. To bad they have NO RESPECT for our military.

I put in a call to Cotton a little while ago and a few minutes ago she called me back.
She said she has been staying off her I-Pad to let her eyes heal. The treatments she has been doing has been helping but wanted to give them as much time as possible to heal.
I gave her a couple of tips that may also help. She had turned her screen to the black background but the words were all still bright white. I told her I did that also, but I also turned the words to green which is more of a yellow green on my laptop and yellow on my desk computer. I like the green the best. I also suggested taking the sunglasses she got from when she had catarack surgery and puting them on over top of her regular glasses. I hadn’t thought of that until just now when I talked with her. I am now doing that.
She said she will try to post at least once a week now.
It was good to hear from her.
There is a protest planned for Saturday here in Auburn. I thought about going down to counter-protest, but then I thought, “There are probably only going to be 4 or 5 anyway, so ...”

I’m having a lot of trouble adjusting to the time shift. I’ve tried everything. If I try to force it, I get headaches, painful eyes, and foggy thinking.
