The Gospel, Good News, is: God saved us (we didn't save ourselves), and called us to be holy. He did this not because we did good things (good deed doers don't get any closer to eternal life w/o Christ), but for His own reasons and by grace (unmerited favor). It lasts eternally and we reach this through the person and work of Jesus Christ. He not only died for our sins and rose again on the third day, He shows us how to live.

Believe on Him and be saved.
