On Monday night's episode of Gutfeld!, Kennedy told host Greg Gutfeld that she tried out for The View show when co-host Lisa Ling departed. She revealed that her first audition had advanced far in the process.
Kennedy reveals some dirt about the View host Joy Behar:
"Joy was a talking hemorrhoid in an Auburn wig. She was so ungracious and awful and she had a comedy writer writing her little lines during the break. She's not even funny."
"I actually auditioned for The View in 2003 and got pretty far. I got along great because Star [Jones] was there. Barbara Walters was still alive — God rest her soul —she was lovely. Meredith Vieira was still there. We talked about conservative politics," Kennedy began, speaking fondly of the show and the audition process.
However, Kennedy's tone shifted when discussing Behar.
"Joy was a talking hemorrhoid in an auburn wig," she said bluntly, repeating, "She was."
Kennedy went on to describe Behar as "so ungracious and awful," adding that it was surprising for someone considered a comedian to rely on a writer for her lines.
"And she had a comedy writer writing her little lines during the breaks. And I was like, she’s not even funny. Like she’s not reacting to anything. She’s not thinking in the moment," Kennedy said.
The former MTV personality then suggested Behar had become competitive with her because Kennedy was naturally funny with quickly coming up with quips without needing a comedy writer.
"And then I made some jokes because it’s a conversational show before it became an unwatchable abortion, because usually they're so much fun to watch. And she said to me during the break, ‘I’ll handle the comedy here.’ And I said, 'Great. Whenever you start, I’ll ease up on the jokes,'" Kennedy recalled.

That show is an insult to women. They came up with the idea of a talk show hosted solely by women but then proceeded to hire only the most idiotic, moronic, obnoxious, screeching, butt ugly cows they could possibly find.
so, as as if they increasingly hire only women who cannot get work elsewhere?

Kennedy is a hilarious straight-shooter.
I liked her back when she was on MTV back in the 90s.
She is good! I was watching when she told that story on Gutfeld’s show. Hilarious!
Joy Behar is like that fat obese Aunt with coffee breath always talking. Utterly unattractive in everyway. Sight, smell, sound. Nauseating. A straight Rosie Odonnell.
I’ve heard guests on that show say everyone on the panel, including the guest, are given blue note cards and they have to stick to the scripts. Only say what is written on the cards.
A drummer was auditioning for the Guy Lombardo Orchestra.
Guy was explaining one of the arrangements : " ... then, when the band starts swinging, go to a heavy backbeat."
"Got it, Guy. When the band starts swinging, could you raise your hand?"
The View: A coven of harridans.
When you consider Whoopi Goldberg and her appearance these days, that is an insult to butt ugly cows.
