Our founding fathers created three branches of govt.

Posted on 03/14/2025 12:58:11 PM PDT by LouAvul

In order that each would balance the other. But some say the current federal judiciary is now a 4th branch. That's incorrect.

It's incorrect because any and each federal pimp apparently individually has the power to obstruct the other three branches. So what we now have is the 3 original, authorized branches, plus however many low level, low IQ federal pimps functioning as judges.

That's a whole lot of branches.

We as a nation and people have nothing in common with our founders.

The founders would not like us

Clearly we have an unbalance of power. I estimate it thusly.

Judicial 60%
Legislative 20%
Executive 20%

Oh. I forgot the 4th Estate. Their job is to take power away from the Executive Branch. Unless that branch is headed up by a Democrat.

When one part of the government is overstepping its bounds it is the duty of the other two to correct it. Congress should be dragging judges in front of committees and grilling them on their corruption. They should work with the Executive to dissolve district courts where usurpation of power occurs. Congress should also be cutting funding for higher courts until they get their house in order.

Inaction by Congress is acceptance of the court’s power grab.

Judges shouldn’t able to work above their pay grade.

Only the USSC should be able to rule on executive branch issue.

Which is amazing because the judiciary was never intended to have the most power. They were created as the weakest branch. They were not coequal. The congress has the most power. The presidency a close second, the judiciary a distant third,

The federal civil service is the fourth branch. Congress often lets the unelected bureaucrats decide the details. And they are mostly Democrats.

I looked it up.

There are almost THREE TIMES more Federal Judges than there are in Congress and the Executive Branch. Combined.

Look this word up. Kritocracy. As in we no longer live in a democracy but a kritocracy.

Here’s another bit of info from Perplexity.....

9 of the 12 Judges of Israel were bad.

See my post 7 where I added the media as an obvious part of our government.

And you’re right about Civil Service. AKA Deep Staters.

So - keeping count.....

Judicial
Legislative
Executive
Deep State
The media.

All of the above rule over us in some way or another.
