When one part of the government is overstepping its bounds it is the duty of the other two to correct it. Congress should be dragging judges in front of committees and grilling them on their corruption. They should work with the Executive to dissolve district courts where usurpation of power occurs. Congress should also be cutting funding for higher courts until they get their house in order.
Inaction by Congress is acceptance of the court’s power grab.
