Clearly we have an unbalance of power. I estimate it thusly.
Judicial 60%
Legislative 20%
Executive 20%
Oh. I forgot the 4th Estate. Their job is to take power away from the Executive Branch. Unless that branch is headed up by a Democrat.
Which is amazing because the judiciary was never intended to have the most power. They were created as the weakest branch. They were not coequal. The congress has the most power. The presidency a close second, the judiciary a distant third,
The federal civil service is the fourth branch. Congress often lets the unelected bureaucrats decide the details. And they are mostly Democrats.
