Liberals are taking “Trump Derangement Syndrome” to whole new level, according to one doctor.
Some patients are reacting to President Trump’s first weeks in office with reports of depression, anxiety, insomnia, chest pains, panic and fear, said Jackson Hole internist Glenn Burnett — who compared the response to how Americans coped with the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.
“It has been extremely intense. The last – the week or two after the election was pretty intense. It then calmed down, and now it’s really back up,” Burnett told political analyst Mark Halperin on his “2 Way Tonight” podcast.
“We are dealing with depression, anxiety, all kinds of medical problems that are related to that, like insomnia, chest pain, chest pressure. And then people are — there’s some genuine fear, panic,
He said patients are experiencing “very, very severe anxieties about what is going to happen to them. And it is affecting their lives.
Trump 2.0 and his team have come in like gangbusters — following through on what he said he would: ramping up deportations of illegal immigrants, imposing numerous executive orders eliminating progressive favorites such as DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion) programs and transgender rights while putting a buzz saw to federal agencies, including US Agency for International Development.
Trump himself has referred to irrational critics as suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome, or “TDS.”

No Doc, they are choosing to let it affect their lives in that way. It’s not happening to them like they have no control over it. 9-11 was an event/ happening. Trump hating is a choice.

It’s maybe 2/3 of us with hope for the first time in decades against the 1/3 who want to perpetuate the greed, grift, corruption, extortion, bribery, payoffs and sleaze.
It’s interesting that they chose to interview an internist from Jackson Hole, WY, one of the most elite, most expensive liberal enclaves in the entire country. It is chock full of people like that.

Harris voters were stuck in their echo chamber. Everyone they knew told them that they were going to vote for Harris. They do not know a Republican in their personal lives. They do not simply understand how America could have voted for a racist/Nazi to be President.
