My response to Huge is from the little word huge in the x post, not an FR meme. The quoted X post calls the proposal huge.
Treasury is under executive, not Congress.
His bill and proposal are unconstitutional and stupid. He, and Congress cannot usurp that power.
I wonder what drove him to try unconstitutional legistlation from the minority. Does it smell like irrelevance and fear?

Legislation is all for show. The demonkkkraps are desperate ... rudderless... totally caught off guard. Trump learned well from them. Do not discuss specifics when you run for office, talk in generalities. Trump talked about draining the swamp. Harris’ speech writers unburdened her from her joy and tried to tar him as a Nazi and threat to democracy. He wins, Nancy breaks her hip in Germany, Turtle Mitch becomes a back bencher, lamestream media is losing money and laying off people and Trump is draining the swamp.
They don’t control either house.

You mean the "payment systems" that approved Every Single Request of the Treasury for years, even terrorist organizations? I think they mean to protect their own asses and their bureaucracy, not Americans.
I want to see Schumer frog marched in shackles and chains.
