President Trump took the oath of office on Monday, January 20th, and wasted no time keeping his word. One of his first acts was pardoning 1,500 January 6th political prisoners.
These 1,500 January 6th political prisoners spent nearly 1,500 days trapped in the clutches of the tyrannical Biden regime. Even so, their motto: “victory over victimhood” says it all, right?
Heroes. God Bless them.
However, there may be one very big problem with this J6 victory…
Reports indicate that DC and other jails are slow-walking the process, and refusing to release the hostages, which goes against the entire idea of the pardon, which “trumps” all – pun intended.
When word of this hostage situation hit the internet, all hell broke loose and MAGA jumped into action like angry Pit Bulls, standing up for the J6 hostages, with the fire of a thousand suns.
MAGA’s biggest online activists and influencers wasted no time and took to X and instructed followers on how to fight back. Charlie Kirk, a warrior in his own right, was among the first, instructing J6 family members to take a copy of the signed EO to the prison and demand the release of their loved one.
As Charlie points out, the Presidential Pardon is absolute, total, and immediate...
What these regime loyalists are about to learn the hard way is that the free Marxist ride is over. The old sheriff is back in town, and he’s not messing around. He’s backed by an army of Americans demanding reform, transparency, and real change. The North Korea-style chaos we witnessed under the Biden regime—likely orchestrated by Obama, Pelosi, and other Deep State players—is officially over.

Federal Marshalls, President Trump!
Send ‘em in.
National Guard next.
If that’s true, it means poopypants pardon of fauci, cheney etc. isn’t valid either.
Sounds like some Biden leftovers need to be fired.
President Trump needs to deploy the US Marsha Service and start arresting the wardens and other administrators blocking their release.
Wonder who is advising them - although it doesn’t take much imagination. If they’re prosecuted for not following the pardon will Soros pay their attorneys?
They want it both ways - preemptive pardons for some but invalid pardons for J6ers.
Our constitution is being strained.
Trump: “Don’t make me have to come down there!”
“...and of the Militia of the several States...”
That’s his ace-in-the-hole right there. Offer to call up the Unorganized Militia.
Legally: Unlawful Detainment

They are particularily upset because Trump forced them to drive into their work places this week. They can't sit home and run their subversive schemes remotely anymore.
Trump officials need to start with whoever is in charge of the jail and move up the chain from there. Fire every one of them if need be.
Obama has wanted a civil war for so long, He thinks this will cause it.
Are the Marshalls loyal to Trump?
IMO — This is looking more and more like a pre-planned plot to piss off Patriots again, incite them to take a run at the prison(s) or individuals and claim an “insurrection” in order to remove President Trump (and as many others down the line as needed). They probably have some imbedded “participants” already in place to lead the way.
Perhaps also meant to somehow “show” Pres. Trump they’re still “”in charge”. He embarrassed them badly yesterday, you think they’re going to allow that to stand?
MAGA needs to keep their heads and wits about them right now, don’t fall into another trap. Give President Trump time to deal with it, then let him dole out the consequences.
(again — JMO)
They want a reaction that will set up an impeachment. Same old democrat playbook.
“Trump needs to act forcefully and rapidly to stop this insurrection at the prisons.”

I strongly agree. If the situation were reversed people would promptly be released, no questions asked.
Trump cannot afford to let these DC Junta obstructionists get away with slow walking these releases pursuant to a presidential pardon. He needs to decisively bring the hammer down on them or the rest of the administrative state will see it as weakness.
Bingo. Send the US Marshals. Anybody who does not comply needs to be immediately arrested. I don’t give a damn who they are...guards, cops, wardens, whatever. Collar the lot. Haul them. Perp walk them. Throw them in the slammer and keep them there - without bail. Keep them in solitary because gosh, it would be unsafe to put them in gen pop. Examples must be made and I am EAGER to make them of leftists.
Trump’s DOJ should issue a warrant for the arrest of the wardens.
The article isn’t informative enough. That prisons-jails-jailers aren’t releasing the prisoners isn’t good enough. I want to see the names and positions of people refusing to do so, or at least their job titles. I want to know who is at the top of the chain of command preventing release.
As an aside, what’s the process here? Are they supposed to just open the cell door, lead the prisoner to the front door and have the prisoner leave in a prison uniform to freeze in the current DC weather? Should they take the time to return the clothes and other possessions taken at entry, from wherever they are stored, then take the prisoner to the door and have the prisoner leave to freeze in the current DC weather? Are they supposed to take the time and use resources to let the prisoner arrange a pickup from family or friends?
They should lose their freedom in civil court for wrongful imprisonment.
